Our Process
1. Plan Review
This is the first step in the design and development process. We take a detailed look at your entire benefits program and can provide comparison data from similar industries along with regional and national surveys. Issues such as marketplace trends, new product offerings and strategies, and recent legislation are discussed.
As your business partner, our goal is to help maximize your benefit offerings based on the composition of your workforce and the financial resources of your company. We can accomplish these goals by several means including our initial fact-finding review, custom employee benefit benchmarking, a market-specific analysis of your program, and even our web-based employee benefits survey to gauge employee perception and understanding.
2. Establish Company Objectives
The Three "R's" - The primary objective of most companies in offering employee benefits is to Recruit, Reward and Retain quality employees."
