Legacy Capital Group developed the employee benefits survey and NFP Benefits Partners refined it as a comprehensive web-based tool to gauge employee perception of the benefits plan you currently offer and to assist you in developing your ongoing strategy.
 

Our firm will set up the survey and establish the parameters with your HR department. Each section is customizable to elicit client specific responses from your employees. Issues such as perception and basic understanding of the current benefits program are covered in addition to a hypothetical reallocation of benefit resources.  Once completed, our firm will compile the data and present to you a detailed analysis of the responses with recommendations for you to consider.
