Lisa Moriconi Principal, Senior Consultant

As a Principal and Senior Consultant of Legacy Capital Group, Lisa focuses primarily in the large employer market with an expertise in benefit design, implementation and rate negotiation. She has over 16 years experience in the employee benefits field (AR Ins. License # 14929).

Lisa’s previous experience includes five years with Prudential Healthcare where she served in the marketing division as the Key Accounts and National Accounts Executive. She worked as the Marketing Executive at HealthWise of Arkansas which was a “start up” health plan in 1997, and as a producer at The Hatcher Agency.

Lisa is on the Advisory Board for NFP Benefits in Austin, Texas and QualChoice/QCA in Little Rock, Arkansas. She has proudly led the Corporate Benefits team to being a United Healthcare Platinum Broker since it’s inception in 2004.

A graduate of Louisiana State University with a degree in Marketing, Lisa also devoted one year of study at the University of Innsbruck in Innsbruck, Austria before completing an internship with former Senator David Pryor in Washington D.C. She is a member of the National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU), a recipient of the NAHU Golden Eagle Award, Leading Producers Round Table, and is Life, Health, and Disability licensed.

Lisa is an active member of Scott Connections which is a historical organization focused on the preservation of the history of Scott, Arkansas and also a member of the Colonial Dames of America.

Raymond Raphael, Jr. Principal, Senior Consultant

Raymond Raphael runs the Northwest Arkansas Corporate Benefits division of Legacy Capital Group. His commitment to ongoing education and experience in the industry makes his benefits knowledge sought after and appreciated in the industry. In addition, his ability to explain complex issues in simple terms makes him an invaluable asset to businesses and corporations.

Raymond has a Masters in Business Administration and is a Registered Health Underwriter and a Registered Employee Benefits Consultant. He holds life and health insurance licenses (AR Ins. License # 23166).

Swimming, skiing, biking, reading, and spending quality time with family are important parts of Raymond’s life. He is married and has four children.

Tamara Kelley-Kent Benefits Consultant

Tamara’s industry knowledge combined with her passion to provide the highest quality service to her clients makes her well respected in the business. She brings to LCG over 18 years of employee benefits experience (AR Ins. License # 15220). Tamara also has 15 years of working directly for the insurance carriers which gives her an insider's perspective and the ability to help her customers better understand why and how things are done in the insurance world. She believes education is key to helping both employees and employers to be better consumers of their benefits and takes the time to help them navigate the difficult system.

Tamara enjoys spending time with her husband Dave and their three children. They keep her busy with baseball, cheerleading, dance and many other duties. In her spare time Tamara enjoys reading, traveling, hanging out at the spa and wine tasting.

Vicki Burgess Director of Client Services

When you attend one of her enrollment presentations, it is evident that Vicki Burgess is both a good speaker and a good listener. Vicki has experience working in human resources and was a marketing representative with Aetna before joining Legacy Capital Group. She has been with our firm since 2001 (AR Ins. License # 132773) and was promoted to Director of Client Services in 2005. Vicki believes that educating the employee is one of the most crucial elements to making a solid benefit plan work for all parties involved. She is appreciated for her genuine caring and ability to find creative solutions for our clients.

Vicki has a B.A. in Speech Communication from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Her minor is in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. This background serves her well since she is responsible for educating/communicating with employees and helping them understand the complexities of their benefit package.

Vicki enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband Bart and son Jude. She currently serves as the 1st vice president of fundraising for the eStem Elementary PTA.

Glenda Fortenbury Grimmett Account Manager

Glenda serves as a valued member of Legacy Capital Group’s Account Management Team. She holds a special interest in educating her clients to understand all aspects of their benefit packages, therefore teaching them to use their benefit plans in the most effective ways possible. She always goes the extra mile for each client, and has been known to relentlessly research seemingly impossible claim issues until they are resolved to the client’s satisfaction. Other areas of experience include billing & account reconciliation, client communication, and the implementation & presentation of corporate benefit programs. Glenda also assists those who have terminated employment, exhausted COBRA benefits or exceeded student eligibility in obtaining coverage through the individual market.

Glenda is a graduate of the University of Central Arkansas with a B.A. in Speech/Communications, and holds current life, health and disability licenses (AR Ins. License # 257186). She joined Legacy Capital Group in 2003 as Marketing Coordinator, and was promoted to Account Management in 2004. Prior to joining LCG, Glenda was an employed by the Stephens Inc. Public Finance Department.

Glenda is a staunch patron of the arts and can sometimes be found performing in local artistic venues. Active in the community and an avid equestrian, Glenda also enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, their two dogs and three cats.

Leslie Kennard Account Manager

Leslie serves as an Account Manager for Legacy Capital Group (AR Ins. License # 251763). Her areas of experience include complex claims resolution, carrier billing issues, member grievances and appeals, benefit administration and technology related resources. Leslie also oversees employer health fairs and educational seminars for LCG’s clients, coordinating the insurance carriers, hospitals and health care providers, along with other community resources. She is an employee advocate, first and foremost.

Leslie was employed by UnitedHealthcare as a Small Business Account Manager before she joined LCG. Her experience with resolving carrier issues and educating employees about their benefits makes her a valuable part of our customer service team. She is life, health and disability licensed.

Leslie is very active in her community. She holds the position of Vice President for the Maumelle Soccer Club Board of Directors; head coaches an under 6 year old soccer team and is the team manager for both of her sons' teams. If she is not at work you can most likely find her at the soccer fields.

Cynthia Cornell Account Manager

Cynthia is Account Manager of the Northwest Arkansas division of Legacy Capital Group. Cynthia believes that educating and serving the client are paramount. Communication is vital for Cynthia with clients and she is proactive in serving the needs of all clients.

Prior to joining Legacy Capital Group, Cynthia was a dedicated Long Term Care Marketing Representative for Arkansas BlueCross BlueShield. She is a licensed Arkansas Life and Health Agent with a Certification in Long Term Care designation, Certified Senior Advisor designation and is a Professional, in the Academy of Healthcare Management (AR Ins. License # 279272). Her ten years of Health Insurance experience include Marketing, Appeals and Complaints, Claims and Customer Service.

Cynthia graduated with a BSBA, Marketing degree from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, AR. She and her husband, Mark, have two children, Nicholas and Lauren. They stay busy with soccer, basketball, softball and cheer. In Cynthia’s spare time, she enjoys cooking, working in her yard and being with loved ones and friends.

Casey Pitts Office Administrator

Casey is our Office Administrator and Special Projects Coordinator. She handles all contracting and licensing paperwork for our agent to carrier relationships, processes all commissions, answers the phones and lends a helping hand to all members of our team.

Casey graduated from UCA in May of 2007 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and studied in Colima, Mexico the following summer. She became licensed in life and health insurance in December of 2008 (AR Ins. License # 344551). Casey is happily married and the proud mother of two little boys.
