Lisa Moriconi


As a Principal and Senior Consultant of Legacy Capital Group, Lisa focuses primarily in the large employer market with an expertise in benefit design, implementation and rate negotiation.  She has over 21 years of experience in the employee benefits field.

Lisa’s previous experience includes working as the Marketing Executive at HealthWise of Arkansas which was a “start up” HMO Health plan in 1993.  She continued her love for insurance at Prudential Healthcare where she served in the marketing division as the Key Accounts and National Accounts Executive.  

At Legacy Capital Group Lisa consults directly with large employers such as LaCroix Optical, Custom Aircraft Cabinets, Lomanco, Inc., Pope County, Aromatique, Inc., Southern Bancorp, and El Dorado Paper Bag Manufacturing Company.

She is on the Advisory Board for NFP Benefits in Austin, Texas and QualChoice/QCA in Little Rock, Arkansas.  She has proudly led the Corporate Benefits team to being a United Healthcare Platinum Broker since its inception in 2004.  Legacy Capital Group is also a Preferred Brokerage firm for Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield and Health Advantage.

A graduate of Louisiana State University with a degree in Marketing, Lisa also devoted one year of study at the University of Innsbruck in Innsbruck, Austria before completing an internship with former Senator David Pryor in Washington D.C.  She is a member of the National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU), a recipient of the NAHU Golden Eagle Award and Leading Producers Round Table.  She was a recipient of the Arkansas Business 40 under 40 in 2007 and was one of the first women to be recognized by Little Rock Family Magazine in their initial group of “Mothers on the Move” in 2012.  Lisa has been voted as one of the Best Insurance Agents in Little Rock by Soiree Magazine in 2011, 2012, and 2013.  In 2014, she was named a “Woman to Watch” by Arkansas Business Publishing Group.  She is Life, Health, and Disability licensed.

Lisa is an active member of Scott Connections which is a historical organization focused on the preservation of the history of Scott, Arkansas and a member of the Colonial Dames of America.
